A unique PIN is a one-time-use code found in your textbook or purchased online from our store at www.amelearning.com/store. You will use the unique PIN along with your enrollment key to register yourself in a course. You can do this while you’re creating your account or using your existing account.
Your instructor will provide you with your enrollment key. This key tells the system which course you’re joining. Unlike your unique PIN, which is unique to each student, the same enrollment key is used by an entire class.
Visit www.amelearning.com and click on the Forgot password? link in the top right corner. You’ll need to provide either your username or email address. Check the email address listed on your account for an email with more information and a link to reset your password.
To update your profile with us, log in to the AME Engage system and click on your full name located in the top right corner. Click on the Edit profile tab to change your account information, including your email address and time zone.
It can take up to a day to receive your unique PIN via email after sending payment. The subject line of the email containing your unique PIN and instructions on how to use it is “AME e-Learning Course access details”. If you still have not received your PIN after 24 hours, please be sure to check your email’s spam and junk mail folders.
Since unique PINs are one-time-use only, you must contact our technical support desk for assistance. After correcting your enrollment, confirm with your instructor that you are entered in the right course.
If for any reason you require additional attempts or an extension on your assignment, you will need to reach out to your instructor. They may contact us for assistance if necessary.
During your first attempt at a tutorial, each slide will be locked until either the narration is complete or you have fully participated in the activity. Completing the activity may involve dragging tokens to their appropriate spaces, answering multiple-choice questions, or filling in a balance sheet. If you’re having trouble completing an activity, please review the introduction tutorial located at the top of your topic outline. Always start with this introduction tutorial in order to understand how each subsequent tutorial works. It is important to complete these modules in sequential order.
